Join us in this new Sequoia class. Challenge your fitness.
This adaptive weightlifting program is not competitive and designed to be tailored to meet the specific goals and needs of the small group that signs up. This class will increase your strength through movement patterns familiar to daily activities like push, pull, hinge, and carry. Class will be taught by a certified ACE trainer. Upon registration, a short questionnaire will be emailed to you to asses your skill level and your fitness goals so that the class can meet your needs. All abilities and levels welcome!
Note: This class ends one week prior to the end of our summer quarter.
