This adaptive weightlifting program is not competitive and designed to be tailored to meet the specific goals and needs of the small group that signs up. This class will increase your strength through movement patterns familiar to daily activities like push, pull, hinge, and carry. A short questionnaire will be emailed out upon registration to asses your skill level and your fitness goals. All abilities and levels welcome.
