Move to the beat in this lively and inclusive program at the University YMCA dance studio! Each session will get you moving with a fun mix of rhythmic activities such as line dancing, drumming, and simple movement routines. No experience needed—just bring your energy, comfortable shoes,  water, and a willingness to have fun while staying active. STR is excited to partner with the University YMCA to offer this new and engaging class!
